At age 33, Justin McCurry retired from a career in civil engineering to spend more time with his family and pursue his other interests and hobbies. Justin founded RootofGood.com where he shares advice on reaching financial independence and enjoying the early retired life. After graduating NC State University with degrees in Civil Engineering and Spanish, Justin earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the School of Law at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
